Our policy on returning your Khyrova products.

Returns

At KHYROVA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you change your mind, you may return your KHYROVA Smart Life Watch within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The watch is unused and in its original condition.
  • All accessories, manuals, and original packaging are included.
  • The product shows no signs of wear, damage, or misuse.
  • You provide proof of purchase.

Please contact our customer support before returning any item to obtain return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If your watch arrives damaged, defective, or develops a manufacturing fault within the warranty period, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may request photos or a short video to help assess the issue.

If the fault is confirmed, we will offer one of the following at no additional cost:

  • Replacement watch
  • Repair (where applicable)
  • Full refund

Non-Returnable Items

Returns cannot be accepted for products that:

  • Have been damaged through misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Show excessive wear beyond normal inspection.
  • Are returned without original accessories where this affects resale.
  • Are returned more than 30 days after delivery (unless covered under the warranty or your statutory rights).

Return Shipping

If the product is faulty or we made an error, KHYROVA will cover the cost of return shipping.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage unless otherwise stated.
